Karen currently serves as Chair of the Board. Her professional career includes VP Insurance Shared Services at Foresters, VP Operations for Manulife/John Hancock US Pensions, various executive roles at Rogers Wireless, including VP Product Marketing and Hardware Management and VP Program Management and a wide variety of roles at Imperial Oil. While at Rogers, she initiated and co-chaired Rogers' award winning team-based mentoring program. Karen has a Systems Design engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an M.B.A. from York University.
