Kim Moseley

As Director, Local Marketing and Employee Reward and Recognition, Kim Moseley has responsibility across Scotiabank’s domestic operations for the development and management of advertising, marketing communications and website applications, which support on-the-ground sales effectiveness, brand management, and the enhancement of marketing operations. Scotiabank’s domestic operations include Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Small Business, and Alternate Delivery channels.
Additionally Kim leads the domestic implementation team for Scotia Applause, Scotiabank’s award-winning employee reward and recognition program.

Kim joined Scotiabank in 2006 in her current role after spending 3 years at John Hancock where she held the position of VP, Participant Marketing in the US Group Pensions Division. Over the last decade Kim has progressively held senior positions as a marketing executive in a variety of other major brand names in the financial services industry - CIBC, Barclays Bank and American Express, where she held assignments in international markets including Canada, the US and the Caribbean.

Kim graduated from the York University in 1983 with a BA in Mathematics. She completed her MBA at the University of Western Ontario in 2000.

Kim immigrated to Canada as a young student from Barbados however still considers herself an ‘island girl’. She currently resides in Uxbridge, Ontario with her husband and 3 children.
